Carmel is an experienced marketing communications professional with over 15 years experience in marketing communications, particularly direct marketing. Over the years she has held various senior marketing positions before founding her own marketing business in 2006, Ethos Marketing. John McGrath

Director of MMKDA. John is a qualified engineer, graduated from University College Dublin in 1991. Johns first four years were spent between motorway construction and road design at Kildare County Council. In 1996 John entered private practice in Athlone. For the last 14 years John has managed a busy private practice leading to its busiest period in 2005 to 2008 where the firm project managed many significant projects. These included pharmaceutical facilities, housing projects, retail complexes, office parks, motor showrooms and service stations. In addition water supply and waste water schemes were designed and their construction supervised on behalf of group schemes and local authorities.

Managing Director of Flanagan Developments. Dominic joined JFD in 1978 and was appointed to his current role in 1990. His primary responsibilities, together with John Flanagan, are to develop, plan and deliver future projects and to track trends and identify new development opportunities.
